Cima Sushi

Cima Sushi at the bottom of College Hill in Auckland may not be the best example of sushi in the city but it’s near where I work and they offer more than just one vegan-friendly filling. In fact, they offer several.

Vegan-friendly and vegetarian sushi roll fillings include steamed green beans with sesame seeds, tempura pumpkin, seaweed salad, avocado and cucumber, and more. The ingredients taste fresh, and the variety is appealing. The sushi rice isn’t very bold in flavour, but for the price you can walk away satisfied.

There is a menu that you can order from as well, but I haven’t tried anything from it yet, content as I am with the sushi.
